The launch list

If you enter your email address in the “Join the Realm” form, that email address is sent to MailerLite, the email service we use to run the launch list. We use it to send you Crystal Realms news — creatures, playtests, and launch announcements. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else.

Signing up takes two steps: you submit the form, then MailerLite emails you a confirmation link. You are not on the list until you click that link.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list. You can also write to us and ask to be removed or to have your address deleted, and we will do it.

MailerLite stores the list on our behalf and has its own privacy policy, published at mailerlite.com.

Grown-ups only

The launch-list signup is for adults. Crystal Realms is a game made for families, but we do not knowingly collect an email address, name, age, photo, or any other personal information from a child under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child signed up, write to us and we will delete the address.

At in-person events we ask a grown-up — never a child — to enter an email address, and we do not collect children’s names, ages, or photos.

Optional analytics

With permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, engagement, and which parts of the site are useful. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand broad interaction patterns such as scrolling and navigation. These tools are not loaded before permission is given. If you allow analytics, we also record that a signup happened — the event only, not your email address.

Your choice

You may continue without analytics, and you may browse the whole site without giving us an email address. You can reopen “Privacy choices” at any time on the website and change your selection.

What we do not do

Crystal Realms does not use advertising pixels, does not sell personal information, and does not share your email address with anyone other than MailerLite, which processes it for us so we can send you the emails you asked for.
